If you are in a big group and want service don't go here. We had 8pm reservations for 40 odd people. When the reservations were made, there were no conditions set. When we got there we were informed that we had to order off a set menue for a set price. After stating that this was not acceptable they told us that we could order off the menu but anyone not ordering an entree would be charged $20. I won't go into detail, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had dinning out. We didn't get out till 11:30 because everything took so long, and the food was not very good. If you want good Greek food and service go to the Main on Main St in Vancouver, or Vassilis Souvlaki Greek Taverna in Burnaby. - Matthew , posted 12/17/06 |

I have danced here for 4 yrs and it is one of my favorite places to dance (even though there is no room!!). The staff are wonderful, the patrons are always great and excited to get up and dance with me, and Nikos (the owner) is very friendly and welcoming (and a bit of a sass). If you have not been to Gorgonas, then you should make the trek out to Ladner and try it. - Ashley , posted 08/22/06 |
