and why not fry it?!
in donegal, ireland we would use dried dulse as a cure-all for headaches, a cold coming on, hang-overs, etc. i've never fried it....will have to try that - timothy , posted 12/13/06

salty, crunchy seaweed treat
olive oil in a pan,
throw in some dulse
fry it on medium heat...
it only takes a couple minutes & it's so yummy!
and mineral-y.
