If you're like me, stopped tuning after the post-grunge area...occasionally tune into new indie music, i have to say the arcade fire is like a breath of fresh air. The kind of timeless, raw and emotional music that i connected to when i was younger. A must! - Luyen , posted 08/12/05 |

This could be the best "new" band to rise above the musical trash of the day since Nirvana and Radiohead. If you are a true musical fan and loved albums such as Bowie's "hunky Dory" and The Cure's "Desintigration", you will recognize the magic in this offering. This album is so beautiful it will make you believe in good music again, if you are one of those who were beginning to lose faith in it these past five or six years. - Wenzel , posted 07/31/05 |
