moving back to vic

hi. i used to live in victoria, bc, left for a bit to live off the grid on a gulf island, but am now coming back to vic again. my needs are simple, but looking for options. the basics are that i am a non smoker (ok with smokers who go outside), have no pets or children (am good with both), non partier (but am social... potlucks and friends over on occasion), quiet, clean, respectful, and easy going. have lived alone, with roommates, and in communally. am not vegan at this time, but live mostly vegan lifestyle and respect vegan outlook. as a professional chef, i tend to come and go at odd hours, but am conscious of other's differing schedules.
