Greetings~!
I'm looking for a new place to dwell. I have the option of living with roommates, or most preferable, by myself.
I would love to live in the Mount Pleasant area (ie: around Cambie/Main St.), but I am open to living in other places in Vancouver. Preferably not in any of the suburbs.
I don't smoke, drink, or have any pets. I'm tidy and respectful of space, as I consider it to be a sanctuary in a sort of sense.
I currently am an events co-ordinator, DJ, and I also do flyer design. I play music, but not incredibly loud, and I prefer my living space to NOT be a party/drop-in household.
I would like a place that has a bathtub, an oven and is within walking distance to a good grocery store.
I have references.
My budget depends on the size/usefulness of the space I will be moving into.
My dream is to live in a live/work studio.
I appreciate any information/leads to good places to reside.
