Hi all! I'm posting for my housemate Peter, who is wonderful wise gentle spirit, and is seeking a replacement for me for the 1st of June.
The house is large, bright and right on the water overlooking its own privite beach on the burrard inlet on dollarton hwy. Don't be fooled though, its only a 15min drive to downtown, and right on a bus route. Huge kitchen with breakfast nook, 3 decks, great wreck room, plenty of space to breathe.
My room(currently) which could be your room, is very large with on oversized sliding door opening on to a balcony once again overlooking the water. You've got your own full bathroom, equipped with a skylight.
There is also the option of having an office across from your room.
Open June 1st, $1000.00 including utilities. References required
Best suited for another glentle peaceful mature soul, Peter has a son that comes to visit, and is the sweetest 10year old. Must have a kid friendly lifestyle.
