Two working/student professionals looking for a socially and environmentally conscious individual to share a spacious 3 bedroom renovated upper half-duplex. We strive to maintain a safe environment free from: racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, classism, and all other forms of oppression. We are relatively quiet tenants who enjoy the occasional party/potluck/social gathering. Hardcore party-ers and/or individuals who are not familiar with the above listed terms need not apply.
The house is located near Clark Drive and 13th Ave and features:

- new kitchen and bathroom cabinets
- in-suite laundry
- shared ADSL Internet (but currently no cable TV)

- close to amenities (Commercial Drive)
