Hello gentle folk --
I am just moving into a new space and looking for a new roommate. I am open to people looking for either a short term or longer term place to stay. The place has lots of light, 2 bedrooms, a small kitchen and a shared living space, and dining area. There are laundry facilities in house.
The rent is $600 all utilities except cable or high speed internet included. I am looking for someone who is employed, a non-smoker, social but quiet.
A little about me I am an older man, well travelled, but still journeying, non-vegetarian but vegetarian friendly non-smoker and non-partyer. I am self employed and socially aware and active in my community.
