Fish looking for sublet or shared accommodation (2-3 months) starting
March 1


Hey there... if you know of any sublets, house-sitting gigs, shared
accommodation, or similarly-priced setups in the $300-500 per month
range (in the Commercial Drive area preferably, but East Strathcona,
Mount Pleasant, and other funky East Side areas also considered)... then
please let me know! I am looking for something for March 1 (or March 15
at latest), for two to three months only (and then moving into my own
place thereafter).

I have extensive experience in communal living situations and am
generally considered to be a good roommate. I play electronic music as a
sideline but have rented studio space so I do not practice at home at
this point in time.

I would like a space that is electronic music friendly, at least some of
the time (because that's what I usually like to listen to when I'm
cooking or doing dishes :-))... and I am not adverse to quality rock and
roll either, or jazz or classical. I am not a tobacco smoker and would
prefer to live with others who aren't, unless they always smoke outdoors
(just because of 2nd-hand lung damage, i actually LIKE smokers! :-))
Moderate levels of alcohol use won't offend me (I'll sometimes help out
actually) but any place that is a full-on constant party pad is NOT what
I'm looking for.
