Hi, we're looking for a 4-5 BR house in East Vancouver. A house with a couple of suites totaling 4+ BR could meet our needs nicely, as would a single-family house.
July 1 availability would be ideal, but we're able to be flexible on dates for the right place. We'd like to pay around $2500 ~ again, we are flexible.
We are a blended family consisting of:
- four adults
- one 5 year old boy
- one well-mannered cat (we're happy to pay a pet deposit)
We are responsible, reliable tenants who can supply excellent references. Three of us are working professionals (health care, small business owner, computer programming) and one of us is a student in UBC's faculty of medicine. For fun, we like to cycle, garden and play board games.
