My current roommate will be leaving me at the end of April, so I am looking for a new roomie for May 1st.
A little about the space - the apartment is located in Kits on 4th and Dunbar and is a secure building - the room is huge and bright (large window) and a large closet - the apartment itself is kinda small. There is some furniture available for use, a sofa bed and simple computer desk, and some shelving.
A little about myself - I'm originally from Newfoundland, and have been here in Vancouver for just over a year. As far as my household habits go, I'm pretty quiet around the apartment. I like to bake and cook, not liking to eat a great deal of processed food. I have allergies, especially to chemicals and strong scents, so somethings may have to be stored in sealed containers or in your room. My current hobbies include Tribal Style Bellydancing, learning Poi, reading, and creative expression in various art/craft forms.
The rent is $490.00 per month and includes phone and cable, but not the hydro and gas (the apartment has a small gas stove).
