You will be a quick 10 minute bus ride to downtown, one block from the park, 30 minute direct bus to UVic and 20 minutes to Camosun, 10 minute walk to Mayfair, grocery stores, Galloping Goose Trail and the list goes on...
We are a young professional couple. We have renovated the suite. It has it's own entrance and a covered area under the deck perfect for the BBQ even on a rainy day!
Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac where there's plenty of available parking for visitors, and one available spot for your vehicle.
Laundry and utilities are shared. We pay for water, garbage pickup & recycling (we also have a compost). We will be painting the exterior of the house to freshen it up this summer.
