There is a house in Strathcona, about a 5 min bike ride from The Drive. In that house there is a bearded fellow who really likes bass. His name is Max Ulis. Please look after him while I am away in Spain. I think he might be lonely. I will be away until July 1st. My room is avail for subletting immediately and/or anytime inbetween until then.
Rent is $300 plus utilities.
