ok dear friends and fellow dancemaniacs! i apologize if you have already received an invite for this event from someone else, but this is a stellar line up and i don't want anyone to miss it. i've been so busy with work i don't seem to get out much these days and i'd really love to see you on the dancefloor friday night!

Miss Bliss has been living and breathing music since birth. A selektor for the past ten years, and heavily involved in arts and culture on the mainland, her mandate is flow, rhythm and BASS. World bridger and dotz connector, the dub priestess is ready to drop the deep sounds for the Victoria bassheads. Reprazenting the yin for the night, Miss Bliss’ll start the flow off right throwing the bass down and around, and set the bar for her yang counterparts.

Known as Vancouver's top party rockin DJ, Timothy Wisdom has transcended almost every style to deliver sets that showcase the best in music, DJ skills and total hype. A mover and shaker in the scene, expect thick amounts of sexy bass, funky crunked out womp and big bad ass dub. When Timothy hits the decks, the party gets a little less serious.

A Canadian pioneer of dub and it's fusions, Jacob Cino has been producing and MCing for over 15 years. Cutting his teeth with years of drum'n'bass, MC’ing, and DJ’ing, the founder of the group Third Eye Tribe continues to explore producing new bass territories. A self proclaimed "Bass Slut", Jacob is a fan of big bottoms. Having recently spent several months in Jamaica he comes back to Canada with a refined audio spectrum. It will be BIG and SERIOUS, trust we!

DJ Tusk has been playing underground, bass driven music in East Vancouver since 2001. He is a core member of E.Van's preeminent Dubstep and Newsound collective: Lighta! Sound Crew and is the founder of Bloodsound Productions. Tusk causes maximum dancefloor mayhem via a potent mix of heavy atmospherics, epic drops and intense bass pressure. As a DJ and promoter, Tusk invokes a vast palate of influences both sonic and cultural, all grounded in the ethos and tradition of Soundsystem Culture.

Brothers Ben and Joshua Searles are the Daega Sound System. Also known as DJs Sela and Deep Six, they are now reppin' for Vancouver Lighta! crew. Live PA and DJ duo they are pushing the deeper end of the dubstep sound, techno/tek house, drum and bass and other forms of electronic music. DJ’ing and promoting for over 10 years they have turned their attention to the studio where they are now developing their production project, DAEGA soundsystem. In addition to the performance and production they are currently working on a new record label with with fellow Lighta! crew members. Their performances are described as "deep and heavy, intricate and spacious". Their sets focus on deep rollers that keep the floor locked in the groove for the ride. Get ready for a journey to the deep.

Matsya has been a musician for over 11 years, with the past 4 being an exploration into the electronic sound. Fixed in un-squared sounds and heart full of textures…branching from IDM sound to Intelligent Bass melodies... between fantasy and deep rooted reality. He is bringing his mere complexity to your "ready to dance" feet and will land our bass bottoms gently onto the new day.
